RIVER MAGIC WINS VA HBPA RACE AT FOXFIELD

Tommy Beach’s River Magic, with Roddy MacKenzie up, won the $5,000 Virginia-bred/Virginia-sired flat race sponsored by the Virginia H.B.P.A. at the Foxfield Races on Saturay. By Magic Prospect, out of My Ardea by Horatius, the nine-year-old Maryland-bred won $2,500 for the effort.
