2010 Bidder Registration

1. Each bidder in the Virginia Thoroughbred Association's 2010 Stallion Season Auction will be assigned a bidder number, which will be referenced throughout the auction. To expedite your call, please have your bidder number ready each time you call in to the auction.

2. Bidder numbers are assigned at the time that each bidder places his/her first bid - OR - in order to speed the bidding process, you may pre-register and receive your bidding number prior to the first day of the auction (Wednesday, February 10) by completing and submitting the on-line form, COMING SOON.

3. Your e-mail address is required as your bidder number will be e-mailed to you.

4. The phone number at which you will best be able to be reached on Thursday, February 11 is required for the purposes of finalizing the bidding process.

5. Please provide as many additional telephone numbers as possible: home, work, cell.

6. Pre-registration for bidder numbers expires at midnight on Friday, February 5. However, if you do not pre-register, you may still participate in the 2010 Auction by placing your bid and receiving a bidder number during the open bidding day, Wednesday, February 10, 2010.
